ENG: The White building is part of a massive architectural project carried out by the Cambodian architect Vann Molyvan, for the city of Phnom Penh. The project was stopped halfway in 1975 during the Khmer Rouge rule but the skeleton building was nevertheless occupied, now with more than 3000 inhabitants.
